The Vanishing Act (tentative title)

Vicky Kaushal recently got injured while shooting for this horror film which is being directed by Bhanu Pratap Singh. The actor got several stitches after he hurt himself during an action sequence. This is the first time that Vicky will be trying his hand at horror films and the story will revolve around the set up of what happens inside an anchored ship. Apart from Vicky the film star Bhumi Pednekar too. This film is slated to release in 2019 itself.

Udham Singh biopic

Shoojit Sircar is making a biopic on freedom fighter Udham Singh and Vicky Kaushal is playing the lead in the film. Shoojit and Vicky are collaborating for the first time and from the looks of it, this film looks nothing short of impressive. Vicky first look from the film was also shared on social media a couple of days back that created a much desired buzz around the film. Vicky Kaushal is a part of Karan Johar’s magnum opus Takht. The film also stars Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt and Janhvi Kapoor in crucial roles. Vicky will begin shooting for the film by the end of the year as Takht will release in 2020. Reports are rife that the actor’s part will be equal in length and screen space as that of Ranveer as Karan wants it that way.
